The A-series 12-16t forklifts represent a new generation of internal combustion counterweight forklifts independently developed on the 12t platform. Through optimized matching of the power transmission system, as well as parallel enhancements to the hydraulic and control system designs, and structural improvements to the vehicle frame and mast, these forklifts achieve significant upgrades in power performance and load capacity.

 

Equipped with key components from leading domestic brands, the forklifts feature mature and reliable technology, making them ideally suited for high-intensity work environments and harsh operating conditions. Applications include loading/unloading, stacking, and short-distance transportation at airports, ports, docks, stations, warehouses, and similar facilities.

Our Advantages

The vehicle frame is constructed by welding integral steel plates, while the strength of the tilt cylinder is optimized to adapt to heavy-load and harsh operating conditions.

 

Both the high-power plate-fin heat dissipater and independent hydraulic oil heat dissipater have undergone heat balance tests under two operating conditions: typical working conditions and no-load maximum-speed long-distance driving conditions. This ensures the system can operate normally across various scenarios.

 

A small counterweight can be installed beneath the steering axle to lower the center of gravity, providing a larger load margin.

 

The wide-open mast design enhances the mast's torsion resistance and offers a broader field of vision.
